Terms
Plain terms.

Your work is yours
You keep full ownership of every photograph you upload. By uploading, you grant Fifth Stop a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and score your photograph inside the app. That license ends when you delete the photograph.
Public vs private
Public photos may appear in feeds, leaderboards, Expeditions, and Duels. Private photos remain visible only to you. Do not upload someone else's work as if it were your own.
Acceptable use
Don't upload sexual content, any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, graphic gore, torture, executions, mutilation, cruelty, or imagery made primarily to shock, humiliate, celebrate, or exploit real human suffering — or content you don't have the right to share. Documentary, journalistic, humanitarian, conflict, and disaster photography is welcome, including images showing people in distress, injured, displaced, or in the aftermath of violence. Photographs with visible injuries, blood, deceased individuals, or other disturbing material stay on the platform but are blurred behind a "Sensitive Content" warning that viewers can choose to reveal. Ordinary photographs that happen to include minors — family, youth sports, documentary, portraits — are welcome; anything that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor is not. Don't scrape the site, abuse the AI graders, or attempt to interfere with other users.
No warranty
Fifth Stop is provided as-is. Scores are AI-generated critiques for your own use, not professional judgments, contest rulings, or commercial appraisals.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page.
