Privacy
Your photography remains yours.
This page is maintained by the Fifth Stop team. Last reviewed: 2026-07-25.
Ownership
You own every photograph you upload. Nothing you upload transfers copyright or grants Fifth Stop rights beyond what's needed to display and score the image inside the app.
Storage
Uploaded images are stored in Fifth Stop's cloud storage, tied to your account. You choose public or private visibility at upload time. Private photos are only readable by you; that access is enforced at the database and storage layer, not just in the UI.
How your image is used
The image and its metadata are sent to a vision AI provider strictly to generate the score and critique that come back to you. We do not sell your photographs, and we do not authorize the AI provider to use them to train third-party models. Public photos may appear in feeds, leaderboards, Expeditions, and Duels within Fifth Stop.
Retention
Your photographs are kept until you delete them. Deleting a photo removes the file and its scores from active storage. Deleting your account removes your photos, scores, reactions, and profile.
Metadata
Fifth Stop may read basic technical metadata (dimensions, format) and any location or title text you type in when uploading. It does not require GPS/EXIF, and does not publish precise GPS coordinates.
Deleting your account
Contact us and we'll remove your account and all associated photographs. Self-serve account deletion is on the roadmap.
Cookies and analytics
Fifth Stop uses cookies necessary for signing in and keeping your session. Analytics, if enabled, are aggregate and do not identify individual visitors.
